Asia-Pacific Evaluation Landscapes Webinar on Bangladesh, China, and the Philippines

The second webinar in the Institutionalization of Evaluation Landscapes in Asia-Pacific series is set to take place tomorrow, August 20, 2024. This series is hosted by the Asia Pacific Evaluation Association’s National Evaluation Policies and Systems (NEPS) theme group, which is dedicated to enhancing the understanding of NEPS across the region. The initiative aims to foster greater awareness through comprehensive documentation, sharing of best practices, and annual dialogues that bring together experts and practitioners in the field of evaluation.

Prof. Dr. Reinhard Stockmann, a Senior Professor of Sociology at Saarland University and the founder and director of the Center for Evaluation (CEval), started his publication project ‘Evaluation Globe—Compendium on the Institutionalisation of Evaluation’ in 2020. During the webinar, Prof. Dr. Stockmann, along with other esteemed authors of the book, will provide an in-depth exploration of NEPS in Bangladesh, China, and the Philippines.
