Hilde Folger is a project manager at CEval GmbH. She is responsible for the planning and implementation of evaluations, especially in data collection and analysis, as well as reporting. She studied International Economics and Development at the University of Bayreuth and the University of Capetown and completed her Master 's degree in Social Policy and Development at the London School of Economics. She has experience in microfinance, policy analysis and child protection and worked for Terre des hommes after her studies. Before joining CEval, Hilde completed an "International Project Management in Development Cooperation" training programme.
