CEval supports the 28th DeGEval Annual Conference: “Institutionalization and Professionalization of Evaluation”

The 28th Annual Conference of the DeGEval Evaluation Society will take place from September 17 to 19, 2025, and will be held for the first time at Saarland University in Saarbrücken.

The Center for Evaluation (CEval) is a founding member of DeGEval and has continuously contributed to its development. This year, we are honored to be co-hosting an international, English-language conference stream consisting of four sessions together with DeGEval. This will strengthen the conference’s global perspectives, bring new impetus to the discussion, and reinforce transnational dialogue.

The international stream will present findings from the CEval Evaluation GLOBE Project, which includes 50 country case studies and 11 reports from transnational organizations. The sessions offer a global overview of trends in the institutionalization and professionalization of evaluation, as well as an analysis of enabling and hindering factors worldwide.
