As a project manager, she is responsible in particular for the design, implementation and management of evaluation and consulting projects. She is also responsible for project acquisition and the planning and implementation of professional training. Previously, she worked at the World Bank&#8217;s Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) department and the Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where she was actively involved in the design, implementation and steering of theory-based and experimental evaluations.
